Reconnecting with Your Body and Emotions
for a More Balanced, Authentic Life
Body-Based Individual and Group Psychotherapy in Geneva, Switzerland
At certain moments in our lives, we may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. These feelings, often rooted in our past or triggered by specific events, can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and those around us.
Gestalt psychotherapy, guided by a trained professional, helps you to deepen your self-awareness and live more fully in the present moment. It supports you in understanding your situation more clearly and mobilizing your inner resources to face challenges with resilience. By embracing your emotions and experiences without judgment, Gestalt therapy fosters emotional regulation, empowers you to take responsibility for your life choices, and enables you to live more peacefully and authentically.
In my practice, I work in French and English with people from all backgrounds, regardless of origin, religion, sexual orientation, or identity, creating a safe space for you to explore your potential and make choices that truly feel right for you.
About me
I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist, member of the Swiss association of Gestalt therapists (apsG) and certified by the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy).
After a career in European and international public policy in Brussels and London, I reoriented my career towards the field of psychotherapy. By choosing a career in psychotherapy, and more particularly in Gestalt therapy, I have chosen a profession aligned with my passion for relationships and human connection.
I have been practicing for more than 12 years in medical settings, for charities and now in private practice. I am passionate about my work and I enjoy meeting patients and clients from all backgrounds, for brief or longer-term therapies, according to their needs.

Individual Therapy (Online or In Person)
Trained in Gestalt psychotherapy, I support my clients in reconnecting body and mind by helping them develop greater awareness of their sensations and emotions. Through this process, they deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships with others, and their untapped potential and resources.
I work with individuals seeking support across a variety of areas, including personal and professional development, relationships, questions around their identity / the future, loss of meaning in life, stress, separation, depression, anxiety, trauma, and sexuality.
I offer therapy sessions at my practice located on 39 rue de Lausanne, close to Geneva Cornavin Station. I also see clients in another practice in Veyrier and I offer online therapy sessions (mainly using Zoom or by phone).
Trained in the UK, I offer therapy in English and French.
I abide to the code of ethics and conduct of the apsG, Metanoia and the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
Group Work (In Person)
Participating in group therapy offers a valuable opportunity to deepen self-understanding, explore how we perceive others, and discover how we are perceived in return. It provides a safe and supportive environment where you can gain new awareness by experimenting with different behaviors, and receive encouragement to face challenges you may have once thought insurmountable. Harnessing the strength of the group’s collective support, you can find the courage to reconnect with yourself and others in a more authentic and empowered way. You may be inspired by the bravery of fellow group members and, in turn, inspire them. This process often cultivates a profound sense of belonging that nourishes and sustains you long after the therapy has concluded.
Who is group therapy for? It is ideal for individuals wishing to address a variety of concerns, such as feelings of isolation, struggles with belonging, patterns in relationships they want to better understand, and those eager to experiment with their role within a group. It is also for anyone seeking greater meaning and connection in their life. While prior individual therapy can be helpful, it is not a requirement. If you are interested, we will arrange an initial meeting to determine if group therapy is the right fit for you and to provide more detailed information.
The sessions take place one evening a month in a small group setting to ensure that all participants feel safe and supported throughout their journey.
